Report a translation problem
EDIT: Okay wait I am misunderstanding. I assumed 4/5 meant I needed one more item. I needed several items to cover the last. It's not the number of items, it's decoration level 5 which is the same as room level 5 in previous TP games!
This is also just like the room level in previous TP games, so you may have noticed that already, but I thought I'd mention it in case you had not noticed the green bar at all.
Also note that TPM does have room levels as well, for the various rooms.
That's one of the ones that unlocks down the line at like Lv 20 in Space or something like that (don't have the game open, sorry). You'll get access to it eventually, but nothing before you unlock the actual hologram projector will fulfill that buzz.
