Cafeteria ?

Is there actually a cafeteria in the museums like at TPCampus?
I don't think I'd seen anything about it yet.

Yes, it unlocks at 2* - different food types give different buffs to museum visitors. Check out the last half-hour or so of Blarla's 2PM playthough and you'll see one demonstrated (the Botany bit).
