Though if you'd go for a park, I'd go for two point waterpark, just because it can look amazing, or you can have silly things like visitors swimming with sharks.
My personal favourite would be two point garden: you can sell the fruit/vegetables/flowers/sprouts on top of visitors seeing your hanging gardens of babylon. There would also be a laboratory for mixing plants to get that rare version.
true, thats why i loved the previous two point games too, especially hospital was stellar :D hope museum will be as good as hospital or close to because campus was noticeably weaker
two point hotel and mall would be awesome :D mall sounds especially great. also theme park needs to come next, can't wait for a real theme park successor.. i don't like those planet coaster games because they are focused fully on sandbox instead of a campaign. i prefer to play through a lenghty campaign (and have a sandbox mode as a bonus too ofc :P)
please make theme park next, then mall then hotel :D this will fill the next 10 years nicely
