People get confused allot where they think the higher the whole number the better.
The first number only means the release family.
7 in his case being the latest release, 35 after that is mainly to be used to do normal stuff other than gaming.
Could almost be compared with the Intel HD onboard gpu that come in Intel CPU's.
Or AMD APU's equalevant.
So if you want a card for gaming or a laptop for gaming.
Make sure its has a 650 or 750 ( or 850 in the future ) at least if you tend to game allot.
Especially graphical demanding games.
