Very likely.

However, the PSP versions for example allowed to use the analog stick to up and down the screen to see the whole scenario/CG.

Scrolling would be nice but I hope they just add a native 4:3 option, the crop is really noticeable.

Does anyone know if the Steam versions of the Memories Off games have any option for scrolling or 4:3? I think those ports will serve as a good baseline for what to expect from these.

Memories Off Historia afaik lets you see full 4:3 CGs in the gallery mode, in-game it's cropped.
