Save file corrupted?

Last time I played, I closed the game normally, but when I restarted it wouldn't detect my save file. I went in to manually import it fromt he appdata/Roaming directory, which then causes a dialog box about the save file being from an older version, and telling me some adjustments might need to be made. Despite clicking yes, the save file does not load correctly and does not show up in my save slot.

Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

You can email your old save file to [e-mail] and we can manually make adjustments. Sorry for the delay.
