I think I'll wait for it and buy it at launchdate. iDEAL is a Dutch solution for using your bank card to pay online. It is pretty easy and safe for use and many Dutch webstores accept it. But when you cross borders, it gets tricky. Steam does accept it (that is how I bought DFQ), but many others (Humble, Kongregate, GOG, Google Play) unfortunately do not. This is however, not something I can blame you guys for, this is entirely on Humble's end.
Still, I love DefendersQuest and I wish you good luck with the sequel (Also, do you have a NL-nl translater yet?)
Is there anything you can tell us about the game besides graphics? I like good graphics as much as everyone else, but the real selling point of a sequal should be it's new gameplay features.

As for Early Access... Defender's Quest doesn't strike me as something that'd be a great natural fit for that model, but I'm not ruling it out either.
I mean, we did initially release DQ1 in an "early" state, but it already had a beginning, a middle, and an end and was a "complete" game. We upgraded the art and added stuff like mods and New Game+ and other things later... but I suppose if DQ2 was "complete" in an early state (even if we had plans to expand) it'd be weird to release it and call it "Early Access...."
In short, I'm leaning away from it but I haven't decided yet.
If you want a true abortion go check out Godus. Better yet, don't. The forums, the game, the reviews...what a nightmare.
You'd probably be the only dude I'd do another Early Access with. You are real talent, DQ2 looks very promising (artwork looks fantastic!) and I know you'd finish whatever you set out to do.
At any rate, can't wait. Always will be a big fan of DQ.
