Hero Mode+ Achievement

I'm not so sure what I am supposed to be doing with this. I have gone through and picked everything out on all of my units and named them differently but I haven't gotten either achievement yet. Is there something specific that I am supposed to be doing?

For Hero Mode+ I think you need to beat Etzli Tenoch on NG+ with no additional recruits.

Max level, selling/redeploying units around the map as necessary, Casual difficulty, fine tuning your unit skills and gear, using the Book of Blood on Azra for +25% damage to all enemies. Any and every advantage you can possibly wring out, possibly spamming max level lightning with Azra to dish out as much extra damage as possible.

A few days later and a few hours more and I'm actually at level 155 onto 180 in + going to receive 2 or 3 more achievements. A big thank you.
