Beating NG+ Eztli Tenoch

It's been about another year or two since my last failed attempt, which has been pretty frequent over the course of several years, to beat the last level on NG+ perfectly and get the 201st gold star, the last boosted item, and finish completion at last.

I have tried the online guides many times and could not get the desired results at all. I am prepared to upload my save file for a reference to anyone who can point me in the right direction. I have all equipment but the boosted platinum fleece, all 36 members are maxed, all equipment I do have is presumably optimized, and certain party members are renamed based on their roles.

Really need some help if you have a method that works with the current patch. I still think that the guides posted now are out of date with the raised stats of the enemies as they are now.
