Is there/ will there be an r18 patch that is completely uncensored? If anyone ever finds a patch like that, I ask that you please share here so that more people can find it, ty.

I doubt it. the only uncensored game from no strike is Trap Shrine 1 and only on FAKKU (the patch on eroge japan's website has mosaics)

I've heard that games published directly by the Japanese dev/pub cannot legally be uncensored by them, this is probably why the Fakku ver of Shrine 1 is uncensored, because then it's not published by the Japanese dev/pub

I believe Trap Shrine had separate builds for each language. All the games since have been multi-language so the western release is essentially the Japanese release. Which means given Japanese law there is no way the mosaics are going away.
