TURN OFF BitDefender and Other 3rd Party Anti-Virus Software
If you have any of this stuff installed, uninstall it. Windows Defender is good enough. I had BitDefender and the game was unplayable. Lag, stuttering, constant disconnects, etc. I uninstalled and the game runs smooth as butter. High with 60 FPS lock.

GTX3070 and i9-10900k.
