The problem with a medic class is how the game handles healing at the moment. It is restrictive but because of how restricted healing is I find the game very challenging on higher difficulties and I've had so many close calls. I think all that would be stripped away if we had a healer, and the class would quickly become the meta.

If anything I'd imagine it would work similar to bulwark banner giving bulwark full contested health for a few seconds but to teammates.

A ability which could heal HP seems like a bad idea as it would encourage waiting around between encounters for heals and could become the must have class.

Also besides Reductor Pistol and Absolver Bolt Pistol the Apothecory does not have any special Wargear.

Aggressor and Librarian seem much more interesting in my opinion.

I'm honestly somewhat annoyed that Apothecary is not a class. Considering they're a staple in any chapter or squad.

an apothecary would also require some brain from the user too so either way theres a hindrance if the player has no brain

Theres a hindrance to any class in any game when the player lacks the skill/knowledge/intelligence, lol
