Please fix server issues !

Most common problems that I have encountered are (I am PC player with good internet speed):
1. Disconnecting during operation missions
2. I need to join server multiple times because of: disconnections, matching with the same class as I am, changing team leader etc.. All of this takes time, sometimes I am ttrying to match up over 20min before I actually start playing the game !
3. Joining already started missions sometimes put me in the middle of fight and before I even move I am instantly killed ! players that have just joined already ongoing missions should be immune for at least 5 seconds !
Also annoying:
Sometimes the game just do not want to close, yesterday I have been playing over 2 hours and finished closing the game, but steam was still "working" with the game it took over 30min so i forced to stop the game and went to bed. In the morning all my achievements were gone ! it was not saved and I lost 2 levels of my class and soo much time.

Lagging like hell with 30-50 ping with the red connectivity marker for no reason, have no issues in other games only in SM2.....

The lag got worse and worse over the last days. I got a ping between 40 and 70 and fps between 50 and 60, but today i only got laggy lobbies. Enemies are teleporting around.
While in the last days, i got at least one out of four games which were playable, now i don't even get one.

This constant Joining server thing reminds me so much of Anthem and how they handled their loading screen to get into one area to get another loading screen to get to another area before even launching the mission. So yeah here we have joining server to join a server to enter a hub to join a server to join another players hub to join a server to actually start the mission and yet another joining server after the mission AND yet another joining server if the host leaves. Can you guess if its annoying or not if the servers arent really working?
