Heretic skins MUST come to the PVE side

Maybe they did this to bring players to PVP but honestly, "locking" the coolest skins in PVP mode was a really stupid decision.

They'd be an awkward fit cause the operations are story-based around the campaign. If you had chaos-specific operations that'd be cool, but if you're fighting Imperium they'd have to design an Ultramarine enemy that'd feel distinct from how the Thousand Sons marines move and that'd be a challenge making that feel right. Couldn't just use the bot ai they have now.

There would be no way any Space Marine would tolerate a traitor legion. Even letting the customizer use the emblems is pushing it, if even to simply appease the Pre-Horus fans.

So if I understood correctly, according to the lore, it would be something completely meaningless to happen in current operations, but in pvp it makes sense because it would be good guys vs "bad guys"?

Yeah, looking at it from that point of view it kind of makes sense.

At least you're honest xD They have to make a game with Chaos as protagonist if you want something like that. Unfortunally this is SpaceMarine( Ultramarines are so inflated) you can use chaos only in pvp :<

IIrc the alpha legion was told that if horus won the galaxy would be saved. humanity would die out but chaos would die or be severely diminished with humanity gone saving the universe. But i could be misremembering.

Sorry to say kind of wrong on that part. Black shields in the Deathwatch some of them come from traitor chapters (currently this is fact) or legions ( during the Horus Heresy) and even some have become Watch captains of Deathwatch.

Some are just problem children to there chapters so they are sent to the watch. Others are from chapters who gene seed has been corrupted. Some who's chapters turned traitors. Some like Titus feel like they belong to Deathwatch after feeling they disgraced there chapter

It's spikier and has an overabundance of trim.

"Chaos Trim" is a pain point in the hobby side of things, ever tried to paint a heldrake? its like 70% trim lol.
