Unplayable lag on Console and PC

Has anyone figured out what to do about this? It's unplayable for me and it's sad. I'm constantly getting the red bars up in the right corner, and everyone is stuttering and jumping around the map. I have 650 MBPS up and down, and am only showing 30 ping. Is anyone else having this issue?

Any ideas on a fix?

I cap at 90 fps and its even fine for PvP. Also set the cloth phyics to low. Its the most cpu intensive part of the game and can be big frame losses.

Red bars are obvious packet loss so it might be your internet connection. Or it may be bad ping - that means you're from Oceania or something and you've found a match in Europe.

Yeah ping hovers right around 30-40 on xbox. Haven't had any issues with any other games. Anyone know if there's a way to limit what servers you're connecting to?

Servers will place us in a lobby anywhere in the world it seems. Im running on a 1gb fiber connection and still see the red bar appear in matches at times. The servers also take a massive dump dropping connections every morning.

have you tried turning off the ingame fps cap and using your graphics card software to do it? (like nvidia control panel. unsure on amd software)
