The game runs very poorly and I don't know why.
My PC is a few years old but it runs an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, 32GB of RAM, and the GPU is a GeForce RTX 3060 with 12GB of RAM. The audio from events in-game are often out of order or cut out, the game outright freezes often, and even when it is bogging down completely it is still disjointed and sluggish. It is pretty much unplayable. What am I missing?

You have more powerful set up than I. But I have a good run probably I turned off my Steam Overlay and Cloud Save

Have the same set up as you, except I run Ryzen 5 3600. I play high settings at 1080p, but i capped it at 60fps for the campaign runs fine and smoothly. Now playing multiplayer get about 70-75 FPS. Not sure what the issue would be.

ah 1 thing does come to mind, I installed the game on my SSD. maybe that could be the difference. are you running it on a Harddrive? that could be the issue, as i had some friends experience low FPS or stuttering playing Cyberpunk on a HDD. when he moved it to an SSD it run just fine.

It's definitely a CPU bottleneck. I have a high end system and can only get between 100-120 FPS, and even then it's a bit janky stutter wise.
