Can't create PROS account for Twitch rewards

Is anyone else having an issue creating a PROS account?

I haven't been able to make one. I've tried all 3 methods: email, Google login, and Discord login. None worked. All three flashed a quick "invalid username or password" error at the bottom of the screen before moving on like it worked. But then the "Continue" button (the one that actually creates the account) does nothing when I click it.

Well, I didn't have those issues, but I can't create an account, too. The setup requires an email validation (enter code that's been sent to you). But it seems they've got some problems with sending those mails. Never got any, so I'm stuck in the verification process.

Thanks for replying Alan. I managed to get it working by trying again in a different browser - Microsoft Edge. For some reason Firefox didn't work, but Edge did.

Maybe that will work for you too? You could also try opening a support ticket on the website. I was about to do that when I thought of trying a different browser.

I got an account created but I can't sign in. The page loads but its blank. Tried a couple of different browsers.

Same issue as above. They are probably unprepared for the load.
