Can no longer level up weapon

Hi I have mastered all the master craft (Green) weapons for Heavy Bolter and it no longer gains xp at all and i cant upgrade it to artificer (Purple) anyone else having this issue?

Nah man i know what i saw my pistol has xp and the heavy bolter doesnt

I have a level 25 heavy, with all Relic weapons, and a level 14 Tactical. So yeah, I know how the weapon leveling system works.

When I was leveling up my heavy, I had this exact bug happen to me in two games.

It is a legit bug, it exists, and it's frustrating af.

Luckily, it's only happened to me twice, but yes, it DOES happen. And, like the OP, it happened on my HEAVY. Hasn't happened on any other class yet. And it was also the heavy bolter and pistol.

Did you have any trouble getting xp for the heavy bolter? Ive played 2 missions and didnt get anything for it, the pistol got xp nornally.

change the weapon on each of the loadouts, it happened to me too

What a load of crap. Fix the reason to play multiplayer please. I see people talking about stuck xp (I have multiple weapons stuck at 1495 xp so can’t level up, can’t use tokens). People have been discussing this bug for a month.

happens to me on sniper, so far my sniper is lvl 5, yet every main weapon (I have been trying to level the las fusil, and using it heavily, but so far all of them have 0 xp. combat knife too. haven't played that elsewhere, also at 0 xp.
however, to me it also tries to rank up my heavy bolt pistol and chainsword. both of which have hit the purple resource to unlock the next rank level. so it *might* be related to trying to grab the assault class for some reason. (as it also showed me the level of my assault class, though it *did* level up my sniper instead as it should have. so at least character level seems to be a display bug. not the weapons however.)

as for understanding what I'm seeing ( as someone else has said previously) I have a devestator and bulwark with full purple, so yes, I do understand how levelling up the weapon classes works. the weapons themselves have 0 xp, and the weapon class also has zero xp. zero progression. nada.

Yes. I didn't get any xp for either weapon, the heavy bolter or the pistol.

I have no idea what I did (if anything) to make the bug go away, or if it's just a random bug that pops up from time to time.

That's what makes this one so frustrating... no one seems to know what triggers it or any sort of work around for it.

I think it's tied to the "in-mission-droppods".
Every time i filled ammo at a droppod, i don't get xp for some weapon in this mission anymore.
