Searching Single Player and invite quick a friend?
Is there a trick to get a third online member?
The OP is literally - as in 'literally' - asking for the opposite of a private lobby.
It works for us but takes some time: each of us picks a mission and hopes that either of us will get into a single-man lobby (that makes two players in that lobby with the 3rd empty slot), if that's the case — invite your buddy ASAP.
The downside is that usually matchmaking adds you to a party of 2 other players with no slots for your buddy and you have to leave that lobby and keep on trying
We have to load one of us into a mission, then add the other friend to group to get them to load in separately. Its the only part it ever happens. The rest is smooth sailing. We haven't been able to find a work-around for it yet =/
Thats a good tipp - Thank you, maybe we try this... and i hope it is not intended to stay like this...
Anyone know if they are aware of this? They don't seem to post here so...
Another thing that hurts Operations is the class restriction. People develop favorite classes to play, and I've seen so many players come in and immediately leave when they see a conflict. PVE shouldn't have this restriction. When they do this it also makes it so I have to exit to the Title screen in order to get a full team.
PVE has it cause each class is actually a character in the game and because people would just use cheese builds (2 heavies and a Bulwark for example) and always boot out classes they dont want.
