The game was working flawlessly before their 'update crash' fix days ago, now it only crashes since that update (that's how you know they completely broke it).
AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX IT OR DO A HOT FIX OR ANYTHING. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage devs, another one, never buy Triple AAA games ever game, all the devs are incompetent and the games are always broken now and fry your CPU and rig (even high end machines like mine).
There's numerous people with top of the line specs frying their computers with this game like 4080s and 4090s. Complete joke of devs.
you have a processor which had faults pointed not by the manufacturer themselves.. - have you update your BIOS and fixed the microcode issue your series was affected by? - you should look for a patch in the motherboard, from your motherboard manufacturer.. it should state that fixes this issue I just highlighted.
as far I can tell, I had two crashes so far, one during a cinematic and another one due temperature on my GPU - which hasn't been repasted in 9 years.. I have i7-4770k @ 4.3Ghz and 1080ti, max temp 70c and I can run 60 frames with almost every setting on High.
I'm baffled how people with latest hardware are unable to use their own hardware..
System:
13700k
4090
32gb ddr4 4000
ssd
It's becoming more and more common for these new games to fry people's CPU and GPU because the people who are hired want to destroy people's computers, this was never the case a decade ago but seems to be commonplace now.
Before their 'fix crashes' update, I never had any issues, now you get CPU overtemp fails, crashing etc even when updating your BIOs, GPU, adjusting settings or lowering them and etc.
It's insane to think that devs are so incompetent now that they fry thousand dollar CPUs and GPUs, pathetic people, should be fired honestly for the reckless damage they cause.
I'm running :
13900k
4090 matrix
64GB DDR5 6200mhz
samsung 990 pro ssd.
i even set default for everything for my system
If you want help, always start by sharing your DxDiag report. The information you have provided is close to meaningless without the DxDiag report.
Go to Display Settings > Graphics > Browse for the exe > Set to high priority on your GPU.
My specs:
Ryzen 7 3700X
3080 Suprim X
48GB RAM
Windows 11
Running off SSD
