[Operations] Block>Balance>fencing stat problem.
I think that it is one of THE WORST mechanic i MC2 (second to PvP Vanguard skill, maybe. If you don't agree about just gimme a clown, but hook stun into shooting is too good for semi point and click skill with charges).

Block stat means that your parry wont stagger the enemies, Balanced means that you must get into time window to parry, Fencing has very generous time window for parrying.

What it means for the game:
If your melee weapon doesn't have Fencing stat - its useless.
It does not matter what other stats it has, because they won't get you into the damage levels where you kill enemies fast enough to not care about the crowd control.
With Fencing - you get, crowd control and crowd can't attack you 5 times in a second.
Without Fencing - any missed block against the enemy crowd = you get stun-locked and killed.

So this stat alone removes any choice in melee weapons, aside of artificially rising the difficulty level.

Solution:
1. Remove Block - it does not work.
2. Fencing weapons may stay like they are (unless devs would want to change difficulty curve with weapon damage).
3. Balanced weapons need to get serious bonuses (2~3 times of what they get, I can only speculate b\c we do not know real damage numbers. I can only hope that doubled or tripled bonuses can reach breakpoints where you kill enemies in less hits.)

you could argue for balanced getting slightly better stats. i don't think balanced weapons are anywhere near as bad as block though. i would genuinely take balanced over fencing if the other stats were better

block weapons are too risky to take though, parry is such a core mechanic for survivability in general so not having it all and relying on dodge isn't worth it
