Report a translation problem
I did not rebind mine, and it generally works normally when I press it. I just get stuck doing the animation and the enemies hit me even though I did land a Perfect Parry which IIRC made the enemies around the parried enemy get staggered or interrupted so as to not beat you up like this. I hope it's not an intended change cause it'd be really annoying if it is.

For fencing weapons there is a bug they are going to fix where the perfect parry window increase that it had was removed. It was 0.465 and now 0.
I've switched and gotten used to balance weapons for the larger aoe stagger now until they correct the fencing parrying timing.

So it's either the reduced radius, leaving enemies out of it unaffected, or it could also be a reduced actor count in conjunction with that. Being vulnerable during the animation is not new, knocking over Minoris and gun striking them showed this pretty clear as you didn't stagger anyone else.
While the change is intended, we don't know if the result is exactly what they hoped for. If the devs see this as too detramental we might see some tweaks to the radius or actor count. But honestly, most fencing weapons aren't worth it anymore and this problem doesn't exist with balanced weapons....
Very strange that it's happening with Balanced weapons then if they were supposed to be getting an AoE increase. I know you don't turn invulnerable to damage while in Parry animation, but the AoE stagger from Perfect Parries is simply not happening some times for me. It's really frustrating. It happened with Balanced Knife and Hammer. Once it happened multiple times on two games in a row I got confused and came here to ask what's up. Gonna chalk it up as just a bug and wait for an update I suppose lol
