Game not locking my mouse/cursor and flashing the windows bar and desktop below on click

As in the title. I didnt play the game for a while and wanted to play some, during this time a few updates came in, and now when i leftclick anywhere on the screen i can see the windows bar and the desktop below for a brief moment. I know its not my hardware issue as my computer is pretty solid, i run the game in 1440p 165fps fullscreen exclusive. Tried disabling and even unplugging the 2nd monitor but it didnt change anything. Any solutions?

To even be able to play the game i have to go into the windows settings and disable the 2nd monitor, which eliminates the issue of cursor going over to the 2nd monitor and then minimalizing my game when i leftclick, but it doesnt do anything about flashing windows bar or even the desktop below for a frame or two, during which my game loses that frame and feels stuttery (on leftclicks). This makes gameplay comepletly unenjoyable. I also am not expiriencing simillar issues in any other game or anything like that. Im using AMD adrenaline software with RX6700XT and i5-12600KF
