Stable 90 fps hardware?
Is there any CPU+GPU combination that can hold 90fps lock with high/ultra settings?
Or game and its engine not optimized that much?

I use a program on steam called lossless scaling. Its worked wonders for me on space marine 2

I've 13600K / RTX4080 and getting stable 95fps avg in 4K/max/DLSS Quality. In 1440p i'm getting same fps on native resolution.
Game is heavily CPU limited, but it's perfectly possible just don't expect more than 120-130fps which is where 7800x3d/9800x3d will take you.

Got new PC recently i5 13600kf, RTX 3080 12Gb and by BIOS default got pretty stable 90fps FullHD BUT...13600kf pretty hot with BIOS default and I already know whole story with 13th and 14th gen. Undervolted it just a bit and lost around 10fps, during heavy scenes got drops to 65 sometimes. Just wondering am I so lucky with my hardware pick or just game isnt good optimized.

cpu: i7-13700k
gpu: rtx 4070ti

I have DLSS on set to quality and run on a 1440p monitor. I have everything default or high settings. The exceptions are I turn off motion blur because I never like it in any game and turn volumetrics to low. I have the game set to 90fps and it stays locked there. No dips or drops during even intense action on the screen.

My 5800x3d / 3090ti can do over 100fps in operations, 120+ in PvP.
1440p/Max/DLSS Quality.
If I go to native I can hold 90 locked in PvP, but in operations it starts drawing too much power for my liking, so for pve I use quality.

depending on the resolution and settings, but at medium 1080p, rtx 3060 and i5 9600k goes easily

I've undervolted CPU too - by a lot actually, i run at 1.1V, but i've not lost any performance, well 50 points in cinebench but that's like nothing. I recommend putting it in performance mode (or whatever it's called on your board) and then only lowering voltage, that's how i got it set up. If you just lowered voltage then and left frequency as is then it shouldn't display such behaviour, especially if you haven't done huge UV.
my 5800X3D and 4080 can do it at 3440x1440p

if you get an AM5 motherboard definitely get the new 9800X3D

What about ultra settings? Some of my graphics defined by default ULTRA? Or everybody use high only?

I heard that AMD newest CPU got some issue like intel too.

It's not true, there's been one post online about burning 9800x3d but the idiot clearly put the CPU in the socket wrong way and then forced it shut - utter moron in other words.

5700x3d and 7800xt, AMD Adrenaline tells me I am averaging 105 FPS.
From my observations when I had overlay on, it would run 90ish +/- 5 most of the time, sometimes would go above 100, 120 even. Yes, not the definition of stable I suppose, but I have no issues with that. Also, playing on Ultra settings, but 1080p. I suppose it would not be much worse on 1440p though as CPU seems to be limiting factor for me.
