DLC content Missing

Help! my raven guard cosmetic pack along with the ultramarine armor cosmetic as well are just not there even though it says i have them both installed. im not sure how to resolve this issue. plz help thank you. p.s. cant wait for the Space wolves to get a pack.

Have you tried deleting them, launching the game, exiting it, then installing again and launching the game again?

Have you unlocked them or are the unlocks not showing up?

how do i contact saber about this? iv got the season pass i have my salamander skin and the angel skin. says i won and have them all but the raven guard and ultra are just not there and i dont know how to fix it

You mix up Champion packs and Chapter packs. Ultramarines have both with Champion skin being exclusive to Ultra Edition of the game, Raven guard got only the Chapter pack without a Champion pack, and Salamanders got a Champion pack without Chapter pack.

Ich habe auch das Problem. Das DLC Raven Guard Cosmetic Pack wurde gekauft und wird mir im Game nicht angzeigt. Da ist nur alles grau und da steht das man es kaufen muss. Es wurde aber gekauft und ist sogar in der Bibliothek drin. Was nun?
