"However, it turns out that due to a bug, the 100% longer cooldown is not applied and this perk works exactly like it was pre 6.0. We still think that this is a very strong perk and requires tweaks, because with certain team perks you can bring its original cooldown from ~120 seconds to ~20 seconds in combat situations.
This means full heal every 20 seconds and no other perk in the perk tree can be close to being this effective. But we do hear your feedback about the nerf being too harsh and we will take another look at it when we fix the cooldown effect not applying properly."

On the sidenote, remember that gunstrike fully refill all armor bars if use on the bosses perk?
It's still fully refill my armor bars this patch on the tyrant (and probably anything else too).
So it's supposed to refill only 1 bar instead of 3 after the last patch? I missed that change.

Yeah, it's somewhere in the patch note, they said it was too strong and make those class invicible vs the bosses and that was not their intended effect.
So they "fixed" that by make it giving only 1 bar per shot like vs everything else.
But last I check with the tyrant, it's still give me all 3 bars anyway so there is that.
