what is the new bioform weakspot/weakness?
it feels like a bullet sponge, but i also don't get a critical hit feedback when shooting it.
so i am assuming i am just being a dum dum and shoot the wrong spot.

so, anyone willing to share its weakness?

It is pretty weak in melee. Not always easy to get to but once there can pretty much smash it. Against ranged lots of it is armored except the big gun.
smash, smash, repeat.

Stay WELL away from it, as getting close is just asking to get blasted by Spore Mines.

Stay at a distance, and target the gun when it hunkers down.
Melta, he gets spammed easily to death with it. To get him to stop bombarding and exit his "armored" state, charged plasma pistol shots directly to cannon helped me

it has two different forms. When planted in place and firing its weapon only the weapon is weak, every other aprt is armored. When its moving around you can actually get hits on other parts of the body.

the weak spot is the tiny bit of its face/teeth visible under the armor plate mounted on its head. im 95% sure this weak spot is not shootable when it is bunkered.

the rear is unarmored and takes a ton of damage, if you cant get there then aim for the gun and pray your teammates notice it and do the same

if youre good at melee then engage it in melee, melee is by far the easiest way to deal with it

If I had to guess, the devs want this kind of engagement:

*dodge roll to infinity*

*wait minutes for it to target someone else*

*once it does, wait minutes for it to hunk down*

*once hunker down, rush it for melee*

if you want to engage from range, do so when you have high cover.

Question is mostly the weakspot. Gun on the back seems like a normal spot, so, body damage. Carapace is a block. Head is kinda weird, could be hitbox problem.
just shoot it once with auspex lol

patch 6 his weak spot
also if you raise up difficulty from lethal to absolute gonna even more easier

whole game now is easy baby monkey gameplay
shoot in direction of enemy
booom
I don't think it's the "head". I think his weak spot is at the back of the spore mine launcher where the glowy bits are. That's what you have to shoot I think. So you need to be sidelong to it.

Beyond that, I'm also suspicious that shooting it in the "barrel" of the launcher thing is maybe half-value weak point, but not sure.
