"Win X amount of operations" not until max level??

so for a lot of the armour cosmetics, you have to win X amount of operations or pvp games. my questions is, do these not start counting until you are max level ? as i know i have fulfilled enough for at least a couple of them on my vanguard on the road to 25...

The level has no influence on the count.

If ops did not count for you for the class you played it is either a bug or mb you used mods.

It depends on what you're talking about.

If it's about the Survivor Helmet or the new Pauldrons, for the former you need to complete each and all Operations except Obelisk on Lethal DIfficulty, for the latter you need to complete each and all Operations on Absolute Difficulty - i.e. you can't repeat the same Operation over and over, it won't count for those two skins.

Also, I forgot about an improperly displayed requirement for Armor Sets: even if you just need 1 more Operation to unlock your last [insert level] skin, the Armor Set of that level will still show the full requirement.

For example, say you just need the last Relic level greaves, the corresponding Relic level Armor Set will still show 35 even if you actually need only 1 more Operation completed.

im talking specifically about the mark X Phobos. the very first helmet on vangaurd that requires 1 ops or eternal win, has yet to unlock... level 25, relic weapons.

anything further than that, 4 wins - 8 wins - etc.. has not unlucked either, i can get the bigger ones, like 30+ but the first few couple ones?
