Mods Detected

So the game updates, I try to play and get kicked with the game telling me "Mods Detected" and a report was sent? What the hell?

Edit: To be clear, I have no mods nor have I ever modded the game.

Same. Tried verifying game files, uninstalling and reinstalling, but still get the message.

Same, tried verifying the files and it didn't solve it.

Updated the game> launched> went PVPing> got Mods detected error > verified files > relaunched > got kicked from pvp match again
Restared the PC > now it works
I am puzzled.

I uninstalled and redownloaded the game but didn't work out either, still having the same problem.

I managed to fix it by going to local game files (Space Marine 2\client_pc\root\local\ssl\camera) and deleting a folder called cam_mods. I had a FOV changer mod installed before. Deleting that solved it.

I don't have that directory. I've also never modded the game. Reinstalled the game and even rebooted my computer and still have the issue.

same issue here...i was playing on HDD then i moved the game to SSD now i have this error!

I haven't fixed this. It went away briefly but it still happens. I've just stopped trying to play at all now.

i think i found a fix..atlist for my self. i unistalled epicgames and removed force open as administrator in properties and now its fixed!

Got the same issue here, never modded the game, now I can't play Ops or Eternal War, as the mission is about to finish loading it changed to mods detected.

I have tried verifying files, completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still does it.
