Would not recommend listening to anyone on there. This is a friendly PSA for the devs and you all, my steam brothers and sisters.

The moderators can't see their toes, might be agents of nurgle with their 8 stomachs and 5 chins, and may have also encountered real unicorns who farted on their hair.

Outside of this general problem, every group always becomes echo chamber. Helldivers 2 was losing thousands of player's every day, but their subreddit was posting about how much better the game has become and how much more fun it is, it continued until 200k average players became 20k. And even at that point they posted about how good it is to be rid of all the casuals

So yeah, it doesn't provide useful information to you and doesn't give opinion of the fan base

Reddit is tamed idiocy compared to the Steam forums. You see rampant sexism, racism, and bigotry on these boards with Steam support nowhere to be seen when it comes to shutting it down.

Most peoples problem with Reddit is that they just can't be a vile, racist troll without being labeled appropriately.

You asking devs to pay more attention to the Steam Forums than Reddit? For what, so that devs can check the 1000th mandatory daily obvious bait post about how the game is or isnt woke? Wow...
Reddit looks like heaven compared to this cesspool and provides actual useful feedback.

Sounds like someone went on Reddit and said stupid stuff then got banned. Now is having a tantrum here.

Reddit has problems but like others have said here, Steam forums tend to be much more of a hellscape.

Nah I havent been on Reddit in years. I was banned when Trump was elected 2016 on r/TheDonald. We all relocated anyway to .win.

Feels like you were on the wrong side of reddit, I pretty much just get random Halo lore, miniature painting, general game stuff like Terratech, and occasionally a few posts making fun of grifters like Grummz. I see far more unhinged ♥♥♥♥ here

No you see more freedom here, You can't get banned here for criticizing femstodes for example. or making a thread talking about why Woke is bad. This place has variety, some subreddits are so heavily gatekeept that you can't type Asmongold. This creates toxic environment of people approving their own opinions over and over, if you have something opposite they will drive you out

There is no right side of reddit. They have gone so far into insanity the word "liberal" lost all meaning to them. Is it liberal to drive out all of trump supporters from your platform ? Or drive out all anti woke people? Or to create echo chambers like Hd2 has, or SM2 seem to have? If you don't see it, then you are just in the "right" mindset for them

And here am being liberal and thinking that the word meant: "willing to respect or accept behaviour or opinions different from one's own; open to new ideas." Reddit tho seems to think there is opinions that matter more than others. I mean do you know some bit right wing subreddits ? Or Trump support subreddits ? I know there is a ♥♥♥♥ ton of far left ones like r/Gamingcirclejerk case and point:

Again, wrong side of Reddit. I barely see any of that. And mostly see random lore bits of Halo, everything I already mentioned. Yadda yadda. Hell, there's some "woke free" spaces that exist there too, which would seem to go against the claim of it being a liberal space. Like the Horus something. I think galaxy?

Either way, it's your own feed. You make it based on your interactions. If it's too politically biased, you made it that way as I'm pretty dang free of it myself there

EDIT: Also literally just looked up "Trump" in the search function and saw an entire subreddit that's pretty pro him. Like, idk dawg it seems like it's only politically leaning in either direction if you interact with one side more than another almost like an algorithm
