How do I get the Thunder Hammer for assault class on PVE?

I see people using it on YT, but I don't see any unlocks for it in my game. Is it like a loot drop or a separate DLC?

It's one of the weapon choices when you access the armory. Chainsword, powerfist, and thunder hammer.

OP, do you mean the Campaign? Just in case, because, as per the above response, you have to struggle NOT to find the hammer. It's in the default Assault loadout, IIRC.
