Devs already said they wouldn't want to give full customization to Chaos in the PvP, which is why everyone of them has a distinct look. So silhouettes remain recognizable.

From this you can extrapolate that they will not introduce an ability that lets you mimic the opponent. Especially not because it would not be shared by the loyalist sniper class.
