I found an Easter egg! by wearing a white imperialis cape, and in battle, when it is completely covered with blood, a two-headed eagle appears on the chest of this cape (emblem of the Russian Federation).

Thats not a two headed eagle you fool. Its a symbol of the imperium called the "Aquilla" which represents the Emperor of Mankind. No russian symbolism is in this game, aside from a russian accent.

не фотошоп бро, сам попробуй в игре. Главное норм настройки выставить, чтобы был не сильно размытый. Появляется буквально на пару секунд в бою
