Strange stutter in high spec

i recently bought a new gaming laptop with RTX 4060 8gb 105W and AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS, and i try to play the game and the gameplay become stutter as hell, it become unplayable. i try change to low setting and its still stutter. even in the main menu.

then i test on my old laptop with GTX 1650 4gb and Intel i5-9500H, its run smooth. no Stutter at all. the only reason i upgrade my laptop is so i can play in the ultra setting and 60 fps.

So can anyone help me to fix this problem??

You barely meet some of the minimum required specs for the game, your gpu is under the needed vram.

Stuttering can be caused by any number of things. This is a long shot, but it's possible that a USB device is interfering with EasyAntiCheat. I started getting stutters randomly and was able to solve it thanks to this thread:

Or search for "Performance stuttering causing keyboard input loss" if you don't trust links from strangers.

Alternately, lower all settings as much as possible and see if that removes the stuttering. If it does, then it's caused by some graphics setting. If it doesn't, try out the method in the link.

Its solved guys, i try to reinstall nvidia new driver with costum instalation and choose clean instalation, and its worked, no stutter at all
