Developer Map to spawn NPCs?

Hey all,

i have currently Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 on my Wishlist and would like to buy it.
I saw multiple Videos on Youtube, where Players spawned various NPCs - and watched via Freecam how they fight against each other.

Does anyone know if A: This is still possible to do? and B: How we can do that? Is there ingame a Option for that?

There was a dev build that leaked pre launch. Not sure if people reverse engineered that for post launch builds at all.

So its a regular Mode, which is still avaiable in the current Game Version??

Creo que es el Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II con un mod, he leído por hay algo de que usan el World Builder. No entiendo tampoco mucho del tema, pero me gustaría saber como lo hacen exactamente para poder crear mis propios battle royale.
