its not tracking progress and ive already done operations with every class and YES i did make a account on ur pointless "pros" website and linked it to my game. Whoever is running this sh** show it seems to me like you dont respect the time of ur player base or just overall you dont respect your players with bs moves like this.

You have to wait awhile for your progress to track. I did every mission required, waited 12 hours, and I got the helmet. I do understand your frustration though - I wish it was just an in-game challenge and not this time limited third party bs.

The fact that they even acknowledged it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug on the discord is glaring. Like this is some hard ass copium. Hate to break it to the dumbass defendoors and PRO users, but most of us here have actual lives, and don't really have the time to spam six games as six different classes with matchmaking being the ♥♥♥♥♥ that it is.

What do you mean respect the time of the player? It's working fine just takes a while to sync. It requires nothing of your time you can go do whatever you want while it is updating.

It's definitely not tracking correctly, I've done it already and it's only tracking 3. Which 3 who the hell knows. I also gave it over 12 hours hoping it was just being slow but no still nada

This game is grindy af for cosmetics alone, pvp is even worse when it comes to weapon unlocks. People dont have all the time in the world to be spamming operations for a tracker that doesnt work (intentionally i bet) all day for a random website that no one uses and they could've released this helmet with the first version we got in that other update and its not like they didnt know the community wanted that cosmetic. It just shows you that they are more interested in giving a group of investors in a room green numbers than actually taking care of this game that already feels likes its on life support due to the lack of content there is for pve and how abandoned pvp is. Plus everyone who plays this game payed AT LEAST 60$ and some even 100$ mostly out of love bc there's not much of a difference between the normal versions and the other ones. Its not like this is a f2p game. But nah fk making the game better lets treat our player base as nothing but cattle.

Imagine getting this worked up over an ugly looking optional cosmetic. Maybe it's a good thing you are ready to put the game down. You're even starting in on conspiracy theories Saber intentionally blocking people from getting the helm to appease their shareholders? Sounds like this game is not good for you right now.
As far as grindy this game isn't any better or worse than any other game earning cosmetics and unlocks unless you are counting the games that you can pay $$ to unlock stuff. Play some other games like this you'll see it's pretty much the same all over.

I've waited three days and it hasn't updated past 2/6

I can confirm that it works, got my Mk.8 yesterday. I will say that it takes a lot of time to update. Completed 3 in solo, they registered almost immediately. Played other 3 and guess what - 4/6. Puzzled. Playing ruthless pub, every class but backwards. Suddenly 5/6. And from that point it was stuck on 5/6 for several hours. Clearly partnering with a 3rd party website was a huge mistake. And on top of that not making any in-game UI that indicates what class you've completed the event with. Suggest posting it on official discord, maybe they'll listen.
