helmet progression not working correctly?

Basically i did the challenge and have played with all 6 classes, however it only says that 5/6 completed? anyone else having this problem/a solution to fix this

I went to bed with it saying 4/6, but it was completed when i got on the next morning.

i had 4/6 until i played, where i played the last 2 classes, however now it has only updated to 5/6

It think it is just slow to update, as the site seems to be having issues.

i had 5/6 after i restarted the game got the helmet in main menu

i did 4 classes yesterday about 8 hours now ago for myself and it's showing literally nothing. Like not even a tracker bar. Just tells me there's an event on the website. I did another 2 today about an hour ago and still nothing. Like if I need to wait, okay but how long does this take? 8 hours i think is pretty decent and there's not even a tracker? I have a business trip on Tuesday so if this doesn't finish by then I'm probably gonna be annoyed.
