How to do shield bash?
How to do shield bash and what is the use of it? I wanted to charge up my Power Fist but the character kept spamming shield bash.

What is the use of parry on Bulwark when you have the shield? Is it for PvE?

Hold LB to ready the shield, and hit RB while still holding it. I don't really play Bulwark, so I'm not sure what its purpose is (maybe stunning enemies like in a lot of other games).
The shield does block attacks (hold button) as long as you've got it raised, e.g. against gun fire, an option other classes don't have. A normal parry (tap) also blocks but for a short duration. If you time it perfectly however (perfect parry) you riposte the attack, which staggers the enemy and grants you a gun strike on the target or a block stack. So trying to perfect parry is better than just simply raising your shield, because it allows you to be offensive.

You bash by raising your shield (holding block) and then pressing the attack button. Blessing the enemy with the full weight of your shield tends to stagger them. Use it before you start charging up some other move.

stop attacks and a bit of stun. there's some ability that can do a group stun and shoot.
Only utility is to use perks so that you get +45% damage to your melee weapon shield bashing the air. Just shield bash immediately before running in. Damage is insignificant enough you're better off doing anything else to enemies. There is a small, extremely brief stun that is negative on hit, so you're better off not stunning.

The problem is it stucks and anytime I want to hit with Power Fist I end up doing shield bash even while not blocking. :steamfacepalm: How to fix this?

If you're using a gamepad, your left bumper is sticking, likely. It's apparently a common problem with Xbox controllers specifically.
