Lieutenant helmet is only Ultramarine Blue now
I loved wearing the Lieutenant helmet on my sniper, but now with it being blue only, it kinda messes up the vibe man.

Just had this issue as well. It does take extra time, but if you swap to a specific chapters colors, it seems to unlock it, at least it did for me. Hope this helps!
