Successor Chapter Colors?

Where are they? How come they don't give you at least a list of what they should be if you want to use them? Example: I want to make a Blades of Vengeance marine, one of the successor chapters included in the new season pass Dark Angels drop. Their base color is Forest Green. There's zero option for that, what-so-ever. You can't unlock it in the heraldry, on the icon it clearly looks different from Caliban green. Some of the other chapters have at least one color tied to their heraldry to unlock. Why not all of them?

Is this really what I paid a premium for? To make successor chapters that are KINDA close to what they should be? Honestly it's not cool of them, and think if you're going to release a big pack of special skins with a season pass, I want the hype Dark Angels skin NOT for just ONE class like Bulwark. They should have hype chapter skins for EVERY class, for a chapter pack within a season pass. This just wreaks of laziness to me. Now when I try to play, every brother is trying to play Bulwark because they want to show off the skins we all paid extra for.
