Heavy Bolt Rifle on Heavy

It should either benefit from the heavy stance or quipping it should unlock the melee weapon slot. Otherwise, you might as well give heavy the Auto Bolt Rifle.

P.S. Yeah, I know Heavy Intercessors come with Heavy Bolt Rifle as stock in tabletop, but in this game it just makes zero sense.

Yeah this weapon is much worse as it stands, it's just a worse heavy bolter

I've pointed it out prior, if they want to make the Heavy Bolt Rifle worth it on the Heavy, they just have to belt feed it, that's about it. It would lack the fire rate of the Heavy Bolter, but would provide a weapon that the Heavy can get more accurate shots with. Otherwise it is just a waste to take, as the Heavy Bolter is simply better.
