Bug: My heraldry reset (again)

Hi all,

I had unlocked all the heraldry for a while now.
Roughly a week ago, all my raven guard heraldry was basically 'locked' again & i had to spent 2000+ requisition to unlock them again.

Since i had 2k in the bank i didnt think much of it.
However yesterday it happened again...

Ive sent an email to support already but was wondering if anyone had the same problem
