how do you claim the mark viii helmet?

the event should still be going on because my timezone is pst, and i just completed finishing an operation with each class. i have a pros account and the helmet is still in the available rewards section

As long as you have linked your account, log out to title screen and come back in. Popped up for me doing that.

on the main PROS page after you log in if you scroll down it'll say what your progress is. It won't say in the reward section so don't go there. Hope you figured it out.

For me it was automatic. Took a few hours to register progress. But the next day I hopped on PROS and Mk.8 was "owned". Got it in game as well.
