Questions about ordeals
I feel like I'm taking crazy pills a bit with some of these ordeals. I'm not saying that they're bugged, as I am clearly making progress, but it feels like it's slow.

Maybe I'm not doing things exactly the right way, and so I'm randomly lucking out but not making as big of a dent as I'd expected.

1. Bespoke - Customize a full Armour set for one class

I'm at 4/6. I thought that maybe it meant to unlock all of the full sets for all of the classes, but I've done that for 5/6 so am I mistaken?

2. Target Confirmed - As a Tactical, kill enemies after marking them with Auspex Scan.

I'm at 381/400 for Tier 2, but it just doesn't seem like it's going up fast enough. I even did a minimal private run through on decapitation marking as many clusters as I could to wipe out, but it just doesn't seem to go up as much as I'd expect. As if to prove my point, in the same run, I knocked out the Auto Bolt ordeal, kill 200/200 with the auto bolt rifle.

3. No Quarter - As a Bulwark, block enemy melee attacks with a shield.

I'm at 57/400 on tier 2. Seeing as I'm on tier 2 on a random number, I've obviously done it right enough times to get that far, but I have no idea what it was I did. Other than getting to 25 and maxing the sword and fist, I'm not really a Bulwark fan, so perhaps it's a skill/class thing. If you have any situations where you can easily farm these shield blocks, I'd be happy to hear them.

I dunno.
1. Bespoke you need to customize every part. That means decals, each color, etc.
2. The best way to do with is with a melta on a freshly marked pack.
3. You can do this in a single mission with bots. Just hold block and soak up every normal attack from a group of 3 melee majoris. Dodge orange attacks. Bots suck at melee so they shouldnt take much of the heat.
1) You have to go in and manually adjust each armor piece for each class, and I wouldn't be shocked if colors/decals are included
2) Pretty sure harder difficulties spawn more enemies, but Tyranid missions tend to have more blobs you can target while Chaos missions tend to have more spread out enemies
3) You have to hold the shield up and get hit on it (hold parry button instead of pressing it). Hormagaunts and whip/bone sword Warriors are significantly more common than Tzaangors, and a private lobby with bots or two friends who would be willing to help means you can more reliably sit in a corner and farm melee hits compared to two random people

1) You need to make a custom armor set and equip all the item slots with armor pieces of the same rarity. E.g. make a custom armor set that is only green items, or only yellow ones. Decals, and applying custom paint to it doesn't matter, if you have full green armor sets for all the classes you can apply those and you will get the ordeal. I might be mistaken here but I think not all classes have green armor pieces, IIRC some arm armor is only from purple rarity above, so you will need to unlock all purple armor pieces for each class at the least, ie. custom purple armor sets for Tactical, Assault, Vanguard, Bulwark, Sniper and Heavy.

2) As others have mentioned, either a melta gun or a grenade launcher. I can't recall if killing a tyranid warrior who then synapse kills all other minors enemies counts towards the ordeal too, but worth a shot trying.

3) The best way to farm this is on solo Decapitation. In the part when the Hive Tyrant comes, don't press the demolition button, as the wave that comes is infinite, then go to a random chosen corner and wait for the small gaunts to come at you, just hold the C button to raise the shield and wait some time to accumulate shield blocks. At a certain point a lot of spore mines will spawn, so make sure to have the banner ready for armor regen, and potentially with the perk that creates a damage field around it.

best of luck :steamhappy:
