I am not the whole community so I can only speak for myself. I think anybody is welcome as long as they respect the community standards and most of all the WH40k lore without trying to change it to their liking. I hope my message was clear enough.
As for video, it's totally moronic about both topics(warhammer and startroppers). As for startroppers it's mostly lorewise (mainly about innocent cute bugs that definatly didn't atack first) and as for warhammer... Oh boy... To unweb all this i don't have time or will to review all the arguments, but basicly main idea about lore been truely fashistic... Well no. He just got some lore from points that didn't contradict his statements and abandon all others. If you wanna indepth review of the exact points, you can watch Arch.
Plus it's quite moronic to put modern views and ideas to fictional univers of neverending war.

warhammer 40k released in 1987 and is more based off of dune and aliens then starship troupers. the starship troupers the book was released in 1959 and the move was released in 1997. dune what 40k is based on is about the calibration and growth of human thought.
-----------------------------------------
so if you make dune grim/dark and edgy with teen angst you get a scifi story about humanity after its fall and mental growth from an ai uprising and a monarchy that wants people to regain that growth, expression, in a the celebration through the imperial truth, then have the leader who is an atheist fall into in a vegetative state helpless as, his monarchy turn into a clerical fascism that bans freedom of though and expression with the only allows blind servitude through the worshiping of the catatonic monarch and calibrates death so that even after you die you can serve him as a servo skull of a servitor. the theme of 40k is about the horror blind servitude not the alt right.
-----------------------------------------
turning that into third right politics very misleading and misrepresents the franchise as a whole and missed what its about. the emperor is closer to King Edward the eighth then the a Mussolini or a Stalin
What is a "non-conforming PC gamer" or "gamers like us" and even though I posed the question I dont really care.
Can you play the game or not, I care not for you personally nor how you want to label yourself, past the point off, are you going to get the squad to the end of the mission.
If your desperate for a sense of community discord is available.
the big part what changes is when Alexander approving a plan to cull the Jewish population for not following his strict rules on religion. the thing we see closest to that is the emperor stomps out the imperial cult but only after lorgar refused the emperor order through malcador to stop the cult repeatedly. the emperor only destroyed the religious intuitions no the people then had lorgar watch as he did it.
If he's anti-woke and wants to leave the lore alone, he's right.
If he's woke and wants to change the lore, he's wrong.
If he's a fence-sitter or ambivalent, nobody cares.
Reals bringing up some interesting points. I personally haven't heard the comparison to Alexander the Great before
The Emperor was literally Alexander the Great in the lore, according to Horus.
It's the same interpretation Ozymandias has of Alexander the Great in Watchmen, that the goal was to unify humanity through conquest.
Why should anyone watch and listen to someone like that?
