The skin won't drop. This was posted on the official Discord yesterday:

"Unfortunately, there is a bug with the event right now. Rest assured that we're fully working on it to fix it as soon as possible."

Does it show that it counted all 10 on the PROS page, you're just missing the skin, or does the page show you at zero completed?
