nVIDIA max detail - hidden settings

there are some hidden settings apart from what's in Control Panel (CP), and they are accessed in Profile Inspector, which is an advanced CP basically, and runs along-side CP & the App so if you change anything it is shown in all these programs

if you want to try them, download & open Profile Inspector (you can modify Global or per game, note some configurations of these settings may not look right in some games so adjust as necessary)

- True HDR settings: enable all four settings
- Antialiasing - Transparancy Supersampling: enable 0x 00000008 AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL
- Texture filtering - Driver Controlled LOD Bias: select Off
- Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX): select -3

• note select a - value for more detail & a + value for less detail
  - Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias: select Allow

something else, you don't need an UtraWide monitor to play ultrawide, you can make a custom resolution

i use a 2K 2560x1440 16:9 monitor but in CP i made a 2560x1080 resolution, in-game i run Borderless mode and there are black bars on the top and bottom, obviously doing this frees-up some hardware so it can give more fps, meanwhile in Battlefield i run 2560x720 which is SuperUltraWide ratio 32:9
