Error code N-2. Can't connect to servers.

I got the game yesterday and haven't once been able to connect to the servers. It's give me an error code "N-2".
There is nothing wrong with my Internet and other games I own work just fine online.
I'm getting very close to the 2 hour refund window.

i get that all the time, it means it took to long loading in to connect. click through the error, then if you jump back out to the main menu, and then right back in, youll connect fast enough, that you wont get the n-2 message.

easier way is go to the terminal, and jump over to the pvp lobby, then back again to the operations lobby, that works as well (but if you just got the game, that probably doesnt make much sense to you yet)

I've been getting this periodically throughout the tutorial section of the game and it also results in some voice overs not playing? I was under the impression that I'm playing offline mode but even offline mode doesn't seem to be truly offline, as it tries to connect to servers? is that true?

I can't get through a single operations mission without it freezing and dropping connection, what's going on. It's bathe Same error code N-2
