i need help Brothers
i can play any game but ghost recon wildlands breakpoint and space marine 2 have a weird issue

So i launch the game all fine i go in game and if i walk or do anything my game stutters and all movement stops even if i still hold shift and W i go from 120 frames to 40 for only 1 sec, its only those games no other, i tried a lot of things, changing settings low to high, remove drivers update downgrade i have

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)
Storage 3.64 TB HDD ST4000DM004-2U9104, 3.64 TB SSD Samsung SSD 870 EVO 4TB, 932 GB SSD Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (12 GB), AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (486 MB)

im asking, no Begging for help or sugestions, some say its the NVIDIA app or BIOS i have no idea

fursonagaming is my discord if you need the video, im begging u i was able to play this game when it came out, it works on my damn STEAM DECK not my pc

Did you try clearing the nvidia shader cache?

Do you have any weird or unusual Vsync settings enabled?

Like driver side or even monitor side framesync?

Try disabling any and all things like that.

If the game is installed on your HDD instead of SSD that alone could be your problem

Can you monitor your CPU and GPU temps while running the game? Maybe it’s an issue with overheating one of your components.

tempt is normal all tho my gpu goes from 80% to 50 back to 80% my movment freezes for the rest is everything fine disk memory and tempt

I know there has been some nvidia driver issues. You try to rollback to what the devs recommended? Think it was 566.36. Clear out your current driver with DDU and install the other one.

Also do you have the 4k texture pack enabled?

The game limits fps when in the menu...

Are you perhaps running DLSS in Dynamic mode? (Set it to balanced or quality)
Turn off vsync while you are at it and run it at full screen.

When you are installing a new driver do you use DDU to remove the old driver? If you set a fps cap in game does it hold that? Like set the cap to 60fps. DLSS, set it to balanced for testing. You play fullscreen or windowed?

vsync is off i tried balanced and quality with DLLS FSR TAA, 0 change, i also turned xmp on no change

i can play dead by daylight ready or not emulators helldivers 2

some reason this game wildlands and breakpoit have this issue i change settings in bios, no luck
