Why does it take a month to add basic functions?
UI and camera scaling is not that difficult. The vast majority of games that dont support it natively can be modded to include it. Either by dragging and dropping a file, or simply by changing a text file or .ini
I have games in my library from sub 10 people dev teams that magically support UW. I have games developed by ONE person that do. I have made my own potato game projects that do. Patience is not a reasonable request for something that is seldom a problem in 2024 new releases.
Yeah no ♥♥♥♥
I'm sure you'd feel the same way if it took 2 weeks to get your tires changed, or for toilet paper to get resupplied in your bathroom. This is simple stuff. Something not being ready isn't an excuse for *it not being ready*
No. They arent. You can use your hand, or walk.
You are defending a developer being lazy. People take this kinda stuff for granted right up until its something they have a problem with
It worked. It's rare that I pick up a game that doesnt support it anymore. Valorant and Starcraft 2 are the only modern games I have that don't.
And area all the same levels of inconvenience. If you can go somewhere else where its not a problem, you will. We're in strawman territory now
A feature "coming soon" doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥. Overwatch 2 was released with the expectations and vocal defense of its fans that PvE was coming. Look what happened there.
It's not the consumers responsibility to pay attention to a products update pipeline
If youre the kind of person to keep their mouth shut just because someone said "Oh it's coming, dont worry!" or who does not complain when a product fails to meet your expectations, you are the perfect consumer.
Something being promised doesn't mean you stop asking for it.
